Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche's Second son is an incarnation of Chokgyur Lingpa and was born from Kunsang Dechen, the same mother as Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche. Here he is seen on the balcony of Ka-Nying Shedrub Ling monastery in Boudha, in 1976, blessing a pilgrim from the mountains.

Hi Erik,
Pls forgive my ignorance, but isn't the title of this post wrong?
Once again sorry to be rude.
Don't be sorry; no question is rude when asked in the right frame of mind.
Let me quote from Tsokey Chokling's book "Lotus Ocean", from the end where his describes his name as the author and that should answer your question. So, his name is Mingyur Dewey Dorje:
"Today is the full moon of the ninth Tibetan month and I am the fourth incarnation of Tsikey Chokgyur Lingpa by name the Karma Mingyur Dewey Dorje Trinley Künkyab Pal Zangpo. Since a tiny, little bit of the “blessings of the great em¬power¬ment of awareness display, the realization of the ultimate lineage, has truly been transmitted to my heart,” in order to bring benefit and well-being to everyone, all my moth¬ers from past lives, I spoke this freely, sometimes mixed with teasing, and give it to you as a mandala offering."
Erik,
Thanks so much. It was my mistake, as I did not know the full name. I only knew Yongey Mingyur Dorje.
Again sorry my apoligies.
Yongey Mingyur Dorje is the name of Tulku Urgyen's youngest (6th) son.
