Tell us more. What's the context, and what are the plans?
Well Peter, this video is from earlier in the year when the young tulku went up to Nagi Gompa where he remains. Last I heard he was still there studying happily with Lama Pasang Tsering and rather enjoying himself.

He was one of the greatest Dzogchen masters living in the west. He was simply amazing.
