This picture was was taken at the Bright Hill Temple in Singapore, propably in 1990. The special costume Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche is wearing signifies his role as a tantric master while he performs a ritual for dispelling negative forces. You can see the old reverend Sifu sitting to the left. Rinpoche really liked him.

As a Singaporean, I'm so surprised to learn that such a great teacher ever visited Singapore and even conducted a tantric ritual in the country's largest monastery. Wow Singaporeans are so blessed! A pity I never had the opportunity to meet him.
most of the time, Chokyi Nyima , Chokling and Phakchok Rinpoche will come to Singapore and Malaysia giving in the middle of year...
